What is Order Editing Rules?

  • Shipping information : 

    • Enable this section to activate shipping fields and edit the heading as needed.

    • You can manage fields (First Name, Last Name, Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Postal Code, Country, Phone)

    • Option for keep field mandatory or not

    • Use Enable All to show all fields.

    • Only enabled fields appear, and required fields must be filled by customers.

  • Change Product Quantity : 

    • Enable this section to activate Change Product Quantity and edit the heading as needed.

  • Add Product : 

    • Enable this section to activate Add Product and edit the heading as needed.

    • Under How would you like to display products?

      • If you click Show all products, then all products from your store will be displayed.

      • To show only specific products, click Select specific products and choose the products you want to display. The selected products will appear below once chosen.

  • Change Product Variant : 

    • Enable this section to activate Change Product Variant and edit the heading as needed.

  • Replace Product : 

    • Enable this section to activate Replace Product and edit the heading as needed.

  • Order Note : 

    • Enable this section to activate Order Note and edit the heading as needed.

    • Enable the “Note” field so it is visible, and select the checkbox to make it required. 

  • Cancel Order : 

    • Enable this section to activate Cancel Order and edit the heading as needed.

    • Enable the “Reason” field so it is visible, and select the checkbox to make it required. 

  • Contact Information : 

    • Enable this section to activate Contact Information and edit the heading as needed.

    • Under this section, the following fields are available:

      • Email

      • Phone

  • Customer Support Ticket : 

    • Enable this section to activate Support Ticket and edit the heading as needed.

    • Issue Categories: type a name and click Add; added categories appear below. Multiple categories can be added.

    • Under this section, the following fields are available (Name, Email Address, Phone, Order Number, Issue Category, Description).
