The Loyalty Widget serves as the primary touchpoint for your customers to interact with the rewards program without ever leaving the storefront. It functions as a floating "launcher" that provides instant access to point balances, available rewards, and referral links.

1. Interactive Launcher Customization

The "Launcher" is the small bubble or label that invites customers to engage with the program. Admins have granular control over its visibility and placement:

  • Positioning: You can set the launcher to appear in various screen locations, such as Bubble Left, Bubble Right, or even as a text-based Label at the bottom corners of the browser.

  • Icon Selection: Choose from a diverse library of over 12 unique icons including gift boxes, crowns, stars, and currency symbols to match your brand's aesthetic.

  • Custom Call-to-Action: The Title field allows you to customize the text displayed on the launcher (e.g., "Rewards," "My Points," or "Loyalty Club").

2. Branded Visual Appearance

To ensure the widget feels like a native part of your Shopify store, the "Appearance" settings offer full design flexibility:

  • Color Coordination: Admins can define specific hex codes for the Text Color and Theme Color to ensure the widget perfectly matches the store’s branding.

  • Design Elements: You can adjust the Border Radius to create either sharp, professional corners or soft, rounded "bubbles."

  • Real-Time Preview: A live Preview window on the right side of the admin dashboard shows exactly how the widget will look to customers before you click Save.

3. Integrated Storefront App Experience

Beyond the launcher, the "Storefront App" settings define the experience once the widget is opened:

  • Point Visualization: Customers see a clear, real-time display of their current points and their progress toward the next VIP Tier (e.g., "Diamond").

  • Redemption Hub: Users can browse all available "Admin Selected Free Products" and "Discount Coupons" directly within the widget interface.

  • Referral Sharing: The widget provides a "Referrals" tab where users can instantly copy their unique referral link to share with friends.

4. Visibility & Control

  • On/Off Toggle: The widget can be enabled or disabled instantly with a single click, allowing for maintenance or seasonal program pauses.

  • Mobile Responsiveness: The widget is designed to automatically adapt its size and position for mobile shoppers, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices.
