Before customers can start earning points and redeeming rewards, you must activate the loyalty program.

Step 1 : Activate Loyalty Program

• Open LEO - Loyalty & Rewards from your Shopify Admin.
  
  

• In the Setup Guide, locate Activate Loyalty Program and Click Activate Program.
  

• Once activated, your loyalty program status will update and customers can begin earning rewards based on the rules you configure next.

OR

• Go to Dashboard and click Turn on to Activate the Program.
  

Step 2 : Add/Activate Rewards

• In the Setup Guide click on Loyalty Program → Loyalty.
  

• Click Activate to enable the program (if it is deactivated).

• Turn on the toggle for earning rules and redeeming rewards to ensure they are active.
  

OR

• From the app sidebar, click Loyalty Program and click on Activate to enable the program (if it is deactivated).

• Turn on the toggle for earning rules and redeeming rewards to ensure they are active.
  

Step 3 : Turn on App Embed

• From the Shopify admin sidebar, go to Online Store → Themes.

• Click Customize (or Edit theme, depending on your Shopify version).
  

• On the left-hand sidebar, ensure you are in the App Embeds section.

• Find the toggle for LEO – Loyalty & Rewards, switch it to On, and click the Save button in the top right corner.
  

Step 4: Activate Widget

• From the app sidebar, click Widget.
  

• Click on Enable to Enable the widget (if it is deactivated).
  

• Once all the above steps are completed, your loyalty program will be fully activated and visible on your storefront. Customers can now start earning and redeeming rewards.
